OUR MISSION

Our mission is to rebuild a stable and invincible Ukraine and to fulfill the dream of people to live in their homes, in their native land.

We have already started the process of deconstruction, reconstruction and restoration of the military town in Hostomel.

OUR GOAL

Our immediate goals by 2024 are to complete the reconstruction project of the war- damaged military town of Gostomel and create modern urban neighborhoods using the

principles of a circular economy - environmentally, economically and innovatively!

Today, many residential and administrative buildings in Hostomel have been destroyed or damaged and need reconstruction.

OUR PLAN

Frame 1.png

The сharitable foundation aims to implement this turnkey project and demonstrate it as a pilot in the further restoration throughout Ukraine.

We discussed with the residents and took their wishes into consideration. We provide them with regular updates and visits and there is on-going communication about the results of our work and the development of the project.

OUR PARTNER

We work in close partnership with Neo-Eco Ukraine which specialises in the circular economy and the processing of construction waste into new materials.

Neo-Eco Ukraine will provide Ukraine Resilience with services for the processing of all construction waste into new materials, which we will further use to rebuild the military town of Hostomel.

FINANCING

On September 27th 2022 a memorandum was signed between the company “Neo-Eco

Development” and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, in the presence of the French

Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Mrs. Colonna.

The French government is funding the initial phase of this project, but additional donors are needed for a total of €30 million euros. But our team has no doubt that the reconstruction will be funded, because rebuilding Ukraine is the mission of the whole world.

DECONSTRUCTION

PHASE I

Analysis of existing objects and materials

We dismantle the buildings: Remove windows, doors and household items.

We sort these materials and send them for repair or recycling. We give old things a new life, which is of great economic importance, and it is also a contribution to the ecology of our planet.

PHASE II

Development and monitoring of eco-materials suitable for concrete production

We sort building materials: Metal, wood and materials that can become concrete

components.

PHASE III

Use of created materials in industry and local construction

After the production of cement and concrete from materials obtained during deconstruction comes the final stage of the process – rebuilding!
